These chocolate chip cookies are a constant in my kitchen. They are so quick to make, don't require many ingredients, and come out so soft and crumbly inside.
Coconut flour is mixed with baking powder and a nut butter of choice, and then you simply add in a nut milk - in my case I always use almond or hazelnut milk. Add in honey (or maple syrup for vegan options), and dark chocolate chips!
Roll the cookies out, and flatten them into rounder shapes since the nut butters make them pretty dense! Cook them until they are golden brown, and eat them while they're warm! You'll end up with an amazing, warm, melty chocolate cookie!
