Herb Baked Eggsn

INGREDIENTS:

    n

  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

  • n

  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves

  • n

  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves

  • n

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  • n

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan

  • n

  • 8 extra-large eggs

  • n

  • 3/4 cup light (single) cream

  • n

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • n

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • n

  • Toasted French bread or brioche, for serving

  • n

  • Crushed red pepper, to taste

  • n

DIRECTIONS:

n

Combine garlic, thyme, rosemary and parsley in a bowl. In a casserole dish, pour heavy cream and put into broiler for approximately 1-2 minutes with little bits of butter sprinkled throughout. Once the cream is boiling, take out and carefully pour eggs into the dish, one by one. Sprinkle with seasoning and salt and pepper and place back into oven at 400 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes. Serve when yolks start to cook from outside.
